Alone

I am standing here alone.
It's a dark and scary night,
there is no reason to go back.
I've got no one waiting for me.
I feel so weak;my arms so wet
Alone in the dark; wet and tired
my heart is in pain
and I am done fighting
I can't find a way ahead
I wish if I could forget everything
everything from dawn to dusk.

നെല്ലുപറ എടുകടി പെണ്ണേ
വെൻജാമരം വീശണ പൊന്നെ
കൊണ്ടു പോവാനാളു വരുന്നടിയെ
ദൂരെ പട്ടണതീനാളു വരുനടിയെ

ഈ നെല്ലെല്ലാം കോടഞെടുക്കാൻ
പൊൻതൂവൽ മെനഞെടുക്കാൻ
കൂട്ടമായ് നിങ്ങളും പോകുന്നുടെയ്
പാട്ടുംപാടി ഞാനും പിറകേയുണ്ടേ.

ദൂരെ ഒരു താമരപ്പുവിനു
പോന്നണിയാൻ മാലയോരുക്കാൻ
ചന്ദ്രൻന്റെ കൂട്ടും കൂടാരവും ഉണ്ടേ
ഇന്നവിടെ തങ്ങി പോരാമെടിയെ  

Friendship

Our friendship is a morning star that smiles
It kept me on through those tiring wars.
I swear it's really like, like flower that glows bright
I have felt it's presence all the way through.

First I yelled at yaa-then i cried with yaa
it just grew with us like that.
you made me stronger than- than I used to be
by just being there for me.

നിലവറിയാതെ
പാടും കിളികൾ അറിയാതെ
ഒഴുകുമീപുഴയും
ഈറൻ  മഴയുമറിയാതെ.

വന്നു  ഞാൻ നിന്നു
ഈ വിജനമാം വഴിയിൽ
ഞാൻ എന്നും താരാട്ടും
ആ സ്വരം കേള്കനായ്.

വെറുതെ അലയും മിഴികളെ
നീ തേടി അലയും ചൊടിയിതൾ
നിൻ അരികിലെത്തി കുടനിവർത്തി
മയിലിനെപ്പൊൽ മിഴിതലോടുന്നു.

എന്നിലലിയും ദീപമേ
നിന് ഹൃദയസ്പന്ദം കേട്ടുഞാൻ
ഒരു മനസലറ്റും  ചോദ്യമായ് നീ
രാഗമായ് നീ താളമായ് നീ അരികിൽ.
